Strategies for Systemic Change

We do our all of work with an intersectional and intercultural lens. The processes we design will increase your organization's capacity to engage more effectively and consciously across many types of differences --- including a variety of demographic, experiential, and cognitive forms of diversity. All of our client proposals are tailored to each organization's unique needs. We start by developing an organizational profile during a 1 on 1 intake session. Upon clarifying your goals we create a customized strategy with developmentally appropriate interventions to help your organization adapt in alignment with its equity and inclusion goals.

Transformational learning is a foundational process for cultivating a collective understanding of the connection between equity and your organization’s performance and impact. Your staff will explore the relationship between identity, culture, systems, and power through organizational learning processes such as:

  • retreats,

  • action learning workshops,

  • identity caucuses and

  • learning circles.
