At Axia Amplified Consulting, our approach to assessments is designed to provide deep, actionable insights at the individual, team, and organizational system levels. We utilize a blend of well-established instruments—including the Cultural Orientation Indicator (COI), and the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)—alongside our comprehensive DEIJ systems alignment survey. These tools allow us to assess the alignment of cultural orientation, intercultural development, and organizational dynamics, helping identify opportunities for growth at every level.

But insight doesn’t just come from data collection—it emerges through engaged, facilitated meaning-making across the system. We believe that the people closest to the challenges and opportunities within an organization hold the most impactful insights needed for change. That’s why we don’t prescribe solutions as outsiders. Instead, we help organizations tap into and integrate their own collective wisdom—so they’re equipped to forge their own path forward.

In addition to assessments, we lead priority-setting intergroup dialogue workshops rooted in a whole-systems approach. This method brings diverse perspectives into conversation to uncover patterns, build shared understanding, and generate commitment to change.
